Materials we work with:

Plastics:

We work with a wide range of plastic materials which have a variety of interesting properties. In some cases, plastics today have excellent mechanical properties which also achieve low weight and excellent durability and sliding properties. We usually work with plastics such as Teflon, POM, PVC, PE, PEEK, etc.

Stainless steels:

We specialize in stainless steel machining. Stainless steels make up 70% of our production materials. Our customers in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries rely on us for parts which come into contact with their products and are considered sensitive production components whose quality directly affects the quality of produced items. For these parts, we always choose a suitable stainless steel. We also provide material certificates from semi-finished product suppliers. The hygiene of these parts is crucial, and we therefore either polish these parts to a high shine or sandblast them. We work with AISI 430, AISI420, AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 316L stainless steels, duplex steels and steels with special properties.

Non-ferrous materials:

We also provide products made of aluminium alloys, brass, bronze, copper and other commercial alloys.

Ferrous alloys:

We also provide conventional iron materials of different quality, emphasizing the production of steel tools in combination with heat treatment.
